Pamela Tipple Bowman is owner and manager of SALON 110 and its expansion space, SALON 110 The Annex.  Her goal is to offer a stress and drama free work environment to cosmetology professionals and a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere for their clientele.

As salon owner and manager, Pamela does not work in the cosmetology field.  This allows her to focus her efforts on building a successful clientele business for each of her team members.  

Pamela has owned and managed successful businesses for forty years and currently owns or co-owns and manages four businesses in the downtown Hillsboro area.
